Volunteers play a vital role in bringing That Dress: A Mother & Daughter Fashion Show to life. From the moment preparation begins to the final clean-up, volunteers will help create a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup (tables, chairs, décor, and vendor areas), supporting models and boutique teams backstage, welcoming and checking in guests, and helping manage the flow of the event. Volunteers may also assist with the kids’ craft corner, provide general support throughout the venue, help facilitate donation activities like the paddle raise and final walk, and ensure spaces remain clean and organized. At the end of the evening, volunteers will help with breakdown and packing.
Model Casting Call – Nana Baby Children’s Home is seeking models for That Dress. This is a unique experience highlighting local designers, great food, and an empowering theme of women supporting women. Please note: This is not a traditional runway show. Models will be part of a live posing experience, pausing briefly as part of the interactive experience. More info after signing up.
Vendors: Designers, boutiques, and vendors are invited to be part of That Dress: a unique and impactful fundraising event celebrating style, confidence, and community. There is no fee to participate. Selected participants will have the opportunity to showcase their pieces in a live model installation, with models provided to represent their brand and bring their vision to life. In addition to the fashion show, vendors are welcome to set up a booth to sell clothing, accessories, and related items, creating an engaging shopping experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure, connect with the community, and support a meaningful cause. Additional event details, logistics, and expectations will be shared after sign-up. We look forward to highlighting your brand as part of this special evening!
